By commissioning me, you acknowledge and agree to all the terms and conditions and will be held accountable if any terms are violated. Exceptions may be agreed upon during private communication and discussion (Instagram DM’s @accent_alias or email [email protected]).General:
• Prices are subject to change based on the complexity of the request.
• I have the right to reject a commission for any reason.
• Photo references / consultation session will be required.Payment:
• I will only be accepting payments through PayPal/Zelle.
• Commissions will be paid 75% upfront, with the remaining 25% sent over upon completion of the deliverable graphics.
• I will let you know if your commission request has been accepted.Process and Delivery:
• I will begin your commission immediately after receiving payment.
• The time it takes for me to finish your commission may vary based on your request, the people who commissioned me before you, and unforeseen factors (such as health). Please be patient with me.
• I will not begin your commission if there is no reference material.
• I will keep you updated on the progress of your commission in case you wish to change something (revisions will be limited).
• Once I finish your commission, you will receive the full resolution graphic(s) through email (if there are any problems with the quality, please let me know).Revisions:
• You will be allowed a total of three revisions without altering the price. However, if you decide to change something that we previously agreed upon, a fee will be added. The fee will be based on the difficulty of the change. This fee will be collected through PayPal.
• I will not make a revision on the final piece unless there has been a misunderstanding on my end.Copyright and Usage:
• I reserve the right to cancel and refund the commission order at any time and for any reason.
• I will retain all rights over the commissioned artwork and may post it on social media (with a watermark).
• I will not claim the intellectual property (IP) of the commissioned artwork.
• I will not sell your commission to someone else unless you, as the customer, violated any of the terms.
• The artist retains full rights to the work and should be credited as the original creator. Works commissioned by the client are for personal use only. Using the artwork for commercial purposes such as redistribution in merchandising or promotion is prohibited UNLESS you have paid a Commercial Usage fee.
• You may NOT profit further from the commissioned artwork (reselling, prints, etc.) UNLESS we you have paid for a commercial usage fee. Once you have paid this fee, you may use your commissioned artwork for commercial purposes.
• You may upload the artwork you commissioned on social media with proper credit and link back to my account.

• You may NOT alter the commissioned artwork without my consent.
• You may NOT remove my signature from a commissioned illustration.

• You will NOT be allowed a refund after I have received payment.
• You will only receive a refund in the instance that I, for any reason, am not able to start the commission.
• Please do not request a PayPal chargeback for your full refund. I will transfer the money back to you myself.
• If you request a PayPal chargeback when you were not allowed to ask for a refund, you will lose all before-mentioned rights to the commissioned graphics and I will have the full right to profit further from it in any way. I will decline the chargeback and provide PayPal with our conversations in which we talk about the commission as evidence that I have completed work for you. Furthermore, you will no longer be allowed to commission me again.Throughout the Process:
• You will receive drafts/basic sketch/outline of the commission. You will be required to confirm whether or not the art direction fits your vision. If you do not let me know, I will not continue your commission until you have provided a clear answer.
• Your involvement and insight on the coloring plan will be required. Once you approve of the color palette (or provide a color palette), I will proceed with the creation stage.
• Once the commission is finished, I will send you your finished commission through email.
• You will receive a full-resolution file of your finished commissioned artwork. I will deliver the graphics in the requested file format through email.
